Ao fim de tudo cozido retire a chouriça e a carne e reduza o restante a puré. Leve novamente ao lume e quando levantar fervura deite a couve migada, tempere com sal. Quando estiver cozida rectifique o sal, deite o azeite a chouriça cortada às rodelas finas, a carne cortada aos cubos e a feijoca inteira reservada. Deite devagar a farinha, e mexa cuidadosamente. por fim adicione 2 maçãs cortadas aos bocadinhos.
